L'IAS compte onze sections régionales à l'échelle du Canada. Au sein de chaque section, on organise des activités de perfectionnement professionnel permettant aux administratrices et administrateurs membres d'améliorer leurs connaissances des pratiques exemplaires grâce aux enseignements d’experts en matière de gouvernance, ainsi qu’à des activités de réseautage qui sont des occasions d'échanger des vues entre pairs.

Directors’ Dilemma Series: A Culture of Bullying and Intimidation & the Board’s Role
