Warren Granger is Co-Chair of the Southwestern Ontario ICD Chapter (formerly Treasurer). He is Partner, Assurance & Advisory Business Services with Ernst & Young LLP, a member of Chartered Accountants’ Association of Western Ontario, and  past-member of the Examinations Committee of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Ontario.
 
He holds a Masters of Accounting, and the Chartered Accountant (Canada) designation, and is a Certified Financial Planner and Certified Public Accountant (USA).
 
He is very active in the community. Past directorships include:

Peter Friedmann, ICD.D, CIM

Mr. Friedmann was a senior executive at Canada Mortgage and Housing Corporation (CMHC) for his final 18 years of his 37 year career.  As a CMHC executive, he was a member of the Management Committee, the Human Resources Committee, the Pension Fund Investment Committee and the Asset and Liability Committee.  Executive responsibilities included Securitization, Mortgage Insurance (issuance, marketing, default and real estate), affordable housing, social housing programs, federal/provincial housing, research, market analysis, and international programs.  Board and governance work included providing regular oversight, training and guidance to more than 300 boards in the non-profit and cooperative housing sector, as well as regulatory liaison and policy setting for the securitization and mortgage insurance businesses. 
 
Currently Mr. Friedmann is engaged as a Consultant in the areas of strategy, policy, housing and financial markets, and as a Corporate Director.
 
Mr. Friedmann is a member of the Board of Directors for Trillium Housing, a non-profit developer of affordable homeownership housing, facilitated through a shared equity model.  He is also on the Chapter Executive of the Institute of Corporate Directors, Southwestern Ontario Chapter, which provides governance and management education for Boards and independent Directors.
 
Previously Peter served as a Director, a member of Audit Committee, Risk and Capital Committee, and Special Committee for Equity Financial Holdings and Equity Financial Trust.

Mr. Friedmann is a member of the Institute of Corporate Directors holding the ICD.D designation and the Canadian Securities Institute holding the Chartered Investment Manager (CIM) designation, and was previously a member of the Canadian Association of Accredited Mortgage Professionals and the Ontario federal Council.  Mr. Friedmann holds Bachelors (BA) and Masters (MA) degrees in Economics.
