So You Want To Be A Great Board Chair – Saskatoon Session

The Board Chair is an increasingly responsible position and is the most important position on the Board. While the ED/CEO is responsible for the performance of the organization, the Board Chair is responsible for the performance of the Board.

Catherine Gryba, ICD.D is the National Academic Director for the ICD national course on Chairing Boards, and she will share what makes a good Chair, the relationship between the Board Chair and the ED/CEO, setting meeting agendas and chairing the meetings, and the process Boards should consider when selecting their Chair.

This workshop will give you insight into the much more in-depth Chairing Boards course.
