Does the board and senior management share a vision on aspirations, alignment, and accountability? This session is about the process, challenges and insights about a relationship that builds trust and keeps everyone in their lane.
All organizations are seeing increased demand for services in an environment that is more complex than ever. Boards of directors play a key role in anticipating and meeting organizational challenges, and by investing in their own performance can improve trust and confidence in the entities they serve. Better boards help us build better communities.
