Alberta, through its crown corporation Alberta Indigenous Opportunities Corporation (AIOC), has demonstrated powerful win-win opportunities that align Truth and Reconciliation and prosperity agendas. BC and the Government of Canada are also pursuing similar programs and initiatives. From a strategic perspective, how do we build on these successes in industries besides energy and resources in for-profit, as well as not-for-profit and/or 3-P applications? Through the webinar we will begin to answer the following board-level questions:

• Why should our organization strategically pursue these long-term partnering arrangements?

• What are the foundational attributes that are prerequisite, as well as the biggest challenges/pit-falls, to achieving successful partnerships?

• What are the most obvious next evolution and sector opportunities?

• How can board members best surface/govern these opportunities in their organizations?
