This session will feature Launi Skinner, who helped First West Credit Union navigate though a sea change of technology, regulatory and economic headwinds, and the impact of these changes upon First West’s governance. First West has built a collaborative culture between its board and management that has enabled simplifying technology stack in the cloud, rolling out an agile structure to speed strategy execution and adopting of artificial intelligence, all while transitioning from a provincial credit union to a federal financial institution. And oh yes, all amid a pandemic!

In the face of a plethora of issues, this session will discuss how organizations can remain steadfast and focused on their core values and strategies.
