Board Breakdown or Breakthrough ?
This Director session will explore case studies of tricky board situations that a board had to repair. Diverse experiences from the public, private, board advisory, family and not-for-profit sectors will be shared.
Governance can be determined as the enemy in many situations, either through an organizational crisis, a corporate change in management or dysfunctional boards. What do boards and board Chairs need to do to NOT break a board. And what if a board breakdown is actually a breakthrough?
Attendees will then be engaged in a question-and-answer session following the panel discussion.
