Emerging technologies: understanding the disruption ahead

The Board of Directors of ICD Quebec has set up an ad-hoc technology committee to better understand the impact new technologies will have on the role and responsibilities of directors. This committee is today releasing this introductory guide. Overseeing company strategy is one of the board’s most critical roles. Today, that cannot be done without a working knowledge of emerging technologies, as they are a critical tool shaping the future of industries and allowing companies to remain competitive.
