;
“Luc has been a tremendous director serving on our Audit Committee,” Ms. Hohol said. “He will be missed.”

“As we say goodbye to Luc, we are pleased to welcome Jean Paul (JP) Gladu to our Board. JP is a highly respected Indigenous leader and, in this capacity, I look forward to having this fresh and necessary voice at the table.”

“We are pleased that 54 per cent of our board now identifies as either gender or other diversity, along with pan-Canadian representation, but we will not stop here,” said Rahul Bhardwaj, ICD President, CEO and Board member. “We will continue to strive for and maintain broad diversity on our Board.”
